The company is a privately held entity that is engaged in providing ship repairs and conversions. It was incorporated in July of 1996 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Malaga, Spain. With docks of up to 400 meters, the company offers painting work in such method as ultra high pressure water blasting. The steelwork and pipe work departments are able to carryout any cutting, shaping, machining and mechanized welding works. The company has different boring and milling machines as well as lathes, covering the range of marine applications including heavy gear as rudders, tailshafts, thrusters, dredge, and pumps.
